Men Being Well aims to promote and enhance the mental health, wellbeing and resilience of participants by providing an ongoing forum to explore values and principles that support positive and active change as persons, partners, parents, and constructive members of the community.

Men Being Well is aimed at the individual, with a focus on the individual in relationship – to their partners, to their children and to their community – as we know that positive shifts in an individual flows on to positive change in all aspects of life.
Men Being Well offers a relaxed, welcoming and a safe place to reflect on your own personal journey. Good conversations with other men, sharing space and stories together have been found to enhance wellbeing. Often too, there are many benefits in just catching up.
